Information we collect
We collect the information you give us. On a quote request that means your name, company, email address, phone number, and the shipment details you provide. On a carrier packet that means your company details, MC and DOT numbers, insurance information and contact details. We also collect standard technical information that any web server records, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you viewed.
How we use it
- To quote, book, dispatch, track and invoice freight
- To verify carrier authority, insurance and safety records
- To respond to questions you send us
- To meet our record keeping obligations as a licensed property broker

Text messages
If you opt in to text messages, we use your number to send updates about your shipment or your carrier setup. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for assistance. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or text message consent with third parties for marketing.
Who we share information with
We share what is necessary to move your freight. That includes the carrier assigned to your load, the shipper and receiver on the shipment, and service providers who support our operations such as our transportation management system, email provider and accounting software. We disclose information to government agencies when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.

This site uses cookies that are necessary for it to function, and may use analytics to understand which pages people use. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as intended if you do.
Data retention and security
We retain shipment and carrier records for as long as our regulatory and business obligations require, and we apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect them. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
